Editorial Integrity

Our Standards

What it takes to be listed — and what it means when we say no.

“We would rather list 50 exceptional programmes than 5,000 mediocre ones. The integrity of this directory depends entirely on that being true.”

What We Look For

Six standards. Every listing.

Every provider is assessed against all six. A programme must meet all six — there are no exceptions.

I

Programme Excellence

The core offering must be genuinely exceptional. We assess methodology, outcomes, and the calibre of the people delivering it.

II

Family Experience

From first enquiry to final day — how families are communicated with, valued, and treated throughout their time with the programme.

III

Instructor Quality

The people teaching or coaching children must be qualified, experienced, and genuinely invested in the development of each individual child.

IV

Reputation & Track Record

We speak independently with families who have used the programme. Positive word-of-mouth carries weight. Unresolved complaints do not.

V

Safeguarding & Safety

Non-negotiable. Every listed provider must demonstrate robust child safeguarding policies, appropriate staff vetting, and a clear reporting process.

VI

Brand & Presentation

Kidrovia Elite is a luxury platform. Providers must present themselves accordingly — in their facilities, communications, and online presence.

Grounds for Rejection

What we don’t list

Any of these disqualify a provider — regardless of reputation or prestige.

×Inadequate or unclear safeguarding policies

×Poor or unresolved parent complaints

×Misleading or exaggerated programme claims

×Unvetted or unqualified instructors

×High staff turnover or leadership instability

×Aggressive sales tactics toward families

×Failure to engage with our review process

×Any safeguarding incident not properly addressed

The Review Process

How we decide

01

Application

You submit details about your programme, your team, your safeguarding policies, and family references.

02

Editorial Review

Our team reviews your application against all six standards. We may request additional information or a call.

03

Family References

We speak independently with families who have used your programme. This step cannot be bypassed.

04

Decision

We communicate directly. If accepted, you choose your tier. If declined, we explain why and when you may reapply.

Ongoing Standards

Being listed is not permanent

We review all listings on an ongoing basis. If a provider’s standards slip — through parent feedback, changes in leadership, or safeguarding concerns — their listing is removed.

“The integrity of this directory depends entirely on removal being real.”
